After your form is received and your personalization choices are processed, you will receive a response and invoice. We try to process new orders within 3 working days but may be delayed during peak times. Thank you for your patience!

Please submit one form for each custom SugarEgg you would like to order! We will review the details and get back with you - please be patient, during the busy season that can take a few days as we process orders in batches. Once your personalization details are reviewed, we will send an invoice and SugarEggs are created upon receipt of payment. They are normally ready to ship within about 2 weeks. Don't delay; once we are at capacity for the season we will cease accepting new orders.
